Sandi Chiavalon, fond of his childhood, reminisces, “Until 1997, we cultivated a mere 50 olive trees, some of which were as old as 300 to 400 years. While my peers busied themselves with collecting football cards and riding bicycles, I embarked on a rather different hobby.” Sandi’s olive tree adventure blossomed out of pure love for tradition.
