Ajngemahtec is a famous Zagreb traditional soup whose name comes from the German word. Delicious chicken dense soup is often prepared by our grandmothers an and is a favorite Sunday appetizer!


500 g chicken,100 g carrot,50 g onion,100 g potato,100 g parsley and celery root,3 tablespoon flour,1 egg, salt, pepper


Gently fry chopped onion until gold, stir in diced meat. Fry until it turns white, then add finely chopped carrot, celery root and parsley and potato. Leave the ingredients to sear, then pour 1.5 l water. Wait to boil, reduce heat and leave to simmer for an hour. Whisk an egg, in a trinkle add flour, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and minced chicken liver. Stir in again, lastly add in pasta until cooked. Sprinkle with parsley.
