COOKED SMOKED PORK HOCK / BUNCEK

Ingredients:

1.3 kg pork hock (smoked),0.1 l fresh milk,10 g horseradish

Preparation:

Cook smoked pork hock for an hour and a half. Add milk last, and cool it in the broth.

Practical tip:

Serve with sauerkraut and potatoes (optional).
