CREAMY PENNY BUN SOUP

Ingredients:

200 g dry penny bun / porcini,1 onion,50 g dry bacon,50 g butter,200 ml cooking cream,salt,pepper,parsley

Preparation:

Finely chop dry penny buns. Gently fry a finely chopped onion in butter, add chopped bacon and penny buns. Pour in 1 l water and leave to simmer for 20 minutes. Once foamed, stir in cooking cream, season with salt and pepper, leave to boil. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
