Fish soup is Dalmatian traditional recipe from our favorite Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy the summer days with this simple recipe for a delicious and light meal!
Ingredients:
1 kg various marine fish (scorpion fish – frogfish/monkfish – common eel – etc.),150 g rice,½ dcl olive oil,200 g carrot,1 celery root,1 small onion,2 garlic cloves,2 laurel leaves
Preparation:
In a pot place cleaned fish, root vegetables, garlic, gently fried onion, laurel and grained pepper. Pour water and wait to boil. Once boiled, reduce heat, trinkle olive oil and leave to simmer for a half an hour. Once fish meat tenders, remove from heat, rinse soup, take out fish and debone. Place rinsed soup back to stove, salt according to taste, add in rice and cook for 10 minutes. In a soup bowl, place diced fish and root vegetables, pour over soup and serve.
