They know that these are independent, credible reviews from anonymous reviewers who visit restaurants and pay their bills like all other guests. Their main task is to present to the users the guide that awaits them in a specific catering facility. Good connoisseurs of the local gastronomic scene, food, and terroir, have undergone GM training and evaluate restaurants according to a detailed methodology unique to all countries where the guide is published. Restaurants believe that the ratings, i.e., chef’s hats (toques), awarded by GM are a sign of prestige. The restaurant visitors with recognizable yellow GM stickers guarantee the proven quality of food and services.

The guide is available at Tisak media outlets and Tisak kiosks.
