bream or seabass or any type suitable for grilling, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, pepper, salt, parsley, lemon
Coat the grill with oil and prepare coal. Scale the fish, remove the insides and gills, (rinse preferably in seawater) Dry thoroughly with kitchen napkins, as to avoid sticking on the grill, providing crunchier taste. Season with salt and pepper on the inside and outside, coat with oil, stuff with garlic and rosemary. Oil excess drain from fish to avoid burning on an open flame. Cover fish and make a marinade of chopped parsley, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with marinade after grilling, for juiciness and flavor. Heat the grill on coal, do not grill on an open flame. Place the fish and grill from both sides until done. Place on a plate and coat with marinade.
Fish is done when its eyes turn white.
