Dalmatia and its cities made of stone seem to attract more and more people who are hungry for something authentic, something different, something more…..intimate. If walls of all the ancient buildings (some of them still inhabited!) could speak, that would take years and years of dedicated listening, and still so much would remain undiscovered. But what is history without a bit of mystery?
And Split? This unofficial capital of the whole Dalmatia is so rich in its history and stories that wander throughout the streets; you’ll be amazed. A perfect intersection of Mediterranean spirit and ancient Roman architecture already sounds like a combination to die for, but the cherry on top belongs to the friendliest and warmest locals you’ll find. In case you want to read something unique and different regarding Split, we recommend this article!
