Heading to Hvar: a cooking class with a twist (and tasty one !)<\/h2>\n

Located in the ancient Stari Grad Plain<\/a>, a UNESCO World Heritage site (also known as Hora or Ager), this is not just a simple cooking class; it’s more like a postcard. It is a living testimony to over 2,400 years of uninterrupted agriculture, dating back to the arrival of Greek settlers. In this timeless setting, surrounded by dry-stone walls, almond and olive trees, and vineyards, the Poje domain hides.<\/div>\n

Founded by Kornelija and Morana, two women who celebrate the good life, deep roots, and food that tells a story, Poje expresses a family heritage and a way of life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Each workshop, limited to 6 people, begins with a stroll through the organic garden. Participants handpick the herbs, vegetables, and fruits they prepare.<\/div>\n

Without going into the details of the menu, it suffices to say that Poje’s cuisine is a reflection of Hvar: modest, honest, and refined.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Inspired by the recipes of the island’s grandmothers, each dish showcases the richness of the land and the sea. The flavors are surprising, the textures varied, and the colors as vibrant as the local markets.<\/div>\n
