Selfie spots in Croatia <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Zagreb – The upper town<\/a> and a place called the viewpoint – as in the background, you can see the towers of the Zagreb Cathedral<\/a> and the lower town.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rovinj<\/a> has been at the very top of the most Instagrammed Croatian cities for years.\u00a0<\/span>You have to take photos in at least two locations…The Mediterraneo bar and next to the popular Fumica, as the people of Rovinj affectionately call their church St. Euphemia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Motovun<\/a> – your photo from the walls of that small Istrian town on the top of the hill when the Mirna valley stretches behind you…You have to take a selfie there!<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s a MUST!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Zadar’s walls may not be your first choice – but – to listen to the world’s largest sea organ<\/a> and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets – you certainly won’t miss. Be careful – it won’t be easy to photograph – but try hard – and at least three photos will look excellent. I know from my experience.\u00a0<\/span>In Zadar, apart from the inimitable beauty of the city and its squares and buildings,<\/a> the famous fantastic installation and its light effects;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s go to \u0160ibenik,<\/a> up to the fortress of St. Mihovil,<\/a> with an incredible view\u2014the perfect selfie spot. The only thing missing is You!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When you’re in \u0160ibenik,<\/a> take a selfie in front of the cathedral of St. Jakob.<\/a> \u00a0<\/span>It’s on the UNESCO-protected list and dates back to the beginning of the 15th century!<\/span><\/p>\n

Plitvice Lakes<\/a> are a must-see in Croatia. \u00a0If you haven’t taken a picture under the big waterfall on the Plitvice Lakes<\/a> – then it’s as if you haven’t even been \ud83d\ude41\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In Krka national park,<\/a> you can take a selfie every 10 meters, but I know you will take a photo when the background of your selfie is Skradinski buk.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the past, swimming was allowed there, but now you can only take pictures.\u00a0<\/span>Do it!<\/span><\/p>\n

Split. Split. Split.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

When the ancient Roman emperor Diocletian came to Split<\/a> – he stayed and built his summer residence there.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You better get ready for amazing selfies; in front of Diocletian’s palace<\/a> – dating from the 3rd century – where people still live. Today!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, take a selfie in front of\u00a0the beautiful and oldest European cathedral of Saint Domnius.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

But – in Split, you must take a selfie on The Riva (a waterfront promenade) with all its bars and restaurants- to let know that you are in Split.<\/span><\/p>\n

We’re going to Hvar<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Climb Fortica,<\/a> the fortress above the town of Hvar, and take a selfie.\u00a0<\/span>With some selfie skills, you can have the beautiful Hvar Bay and the Paklenski Islands<\/a> sparkle way behind. All your friends will be jealous \ud83d\ude42 Trust me.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hvar is the most famous Croatian place for good summer parties and after-beach parties. You know what to do \ud83d\ude42 Go for it. Partying on Hvar i<\/a>s remembered for years.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are so many fantastic places for a selfie – but let’s go to one that has only been around for a few years and has already gone all over social media; Skywalk Biokovo;\u00a0<\/span>Glass-floored, horseshoe-shaped viewing deck on a mountain ridge with panoramic sea views.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dubrovnik riviera<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Your Instagram profile has been waiting for Dubrovnik!\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Why Instagram?\u00a0<\/span>No need to answer that question – or maybe just to count the spots here in this beautiful walled city on the south of the Adriatic.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

What should be the first, with one of two city gates behind, or the Old town<\/a> port? It’s up to you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In that case, you should go with the cable car on the Sr\u0111 hill, and you’ll have the entire riviera with Elaphiti islands<\/a> on your future most liked selfie.<\/span><\/p>\n
