Faširanci are definitely favorite childhood meal. Try our recipe and prepare a quick and simple lunch that everyone in the family loves!
Ingredients:
500 g minced meat,2 eggs,150 g dried bread,10 tablespoon flour,3 bread crumbs,100 ml milk, finely chopped parsley, garlic, onion, minced sweet red pepper, salt, pepper
Preparation:
Dried (one day old) breadcrumb or cut into small cubes, place in a plastic bowl and pour milk over to soften. Remove and discard large and hard chunks, mix into mass minced meat, eggs, parsley, finely chopped onion and garlic, salt, a pinch of pepper. Stir in all ingredients. To form meatballs: Grab chunks with a tablespoon and roll them into flour mixed with breadcrumbs. Flatten balls lightly with hand and fry in sizzling oil. During frying, roll over balls a couple of times.
Practical tip:
Serve with spinach on the side.
Spinach
400 g lard
1 kg spinach
400 g flour
garlic
salt
pepper
milk
cream
Remove the leaves from the stem, discard dried leaves, thoroughly rinse and blanch. Dry, place spinach in boiling salted water and simmer lid-off for 10 minutes. After, thoroughly rinse in cold water, dry and grind with a hand mixer. Prepare a lard-based roux with flour and finely chopped garlic, stir in spinach. Pour with water or milk and leave to simmer. Salt and pepper. Add for creaminess and flavor a touch of sour cream.
