Plurato Sailfin, the first Croatian electric surfboard

New experiences in the water this summer will be provided by Plurato Sailfin, the first Croatian electric surfboard. Behind this product based on hydrofoil technology stands startup company Plurato from Split, Croatia.

This technology, known for about a hundred years, is constantly trying to find its application in modern technological processes, which was finally found in sailing: thanks to it, the sailboat rises above sea level, has less resistance, and achieves higher speeds.

Plurato Sailfin is designed for seas, rivers, and lakes

Plurato Sailfin is designed for seas, rivers, and lakes, powered by a small electric motor with a speed of up to 30 kilometers per hour. The electric board is easy to operate, even for beginners. Those who are a little braver can immediately try to ride it on their feet, but it is recommended that the first ride is done lying on the chest to get to know the surfing and flying process.
For a real surfing experience, a few hours of training should do, everything else depends on the rider’s skills.

The battery lasts from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the speed and rider’s weight. The battery is replaceable: while one is charging, the other can be used.
Plurato Sailfin can easily be dismantled and assembled, making it convenient for transport.

I need to try this!
