Ingridients:

280 g canned peas,5 carrots (4 large-sized and 1 smaller for decoration),6 eggs,½ pickle jar,250 g mayonnaise,200 ml sour cream or joghurt,½ kg potato,1 lemon,1 fresh apple,2 tablespoon mustard,salt

Preparation:

Unpeeled carrots, potatoes and eggs boil and cool. Peas rinse and drain. Peel carrots and potatoes, remove egg shells, add pickles. Cut everything into small cubes, about half a centimeter in size. Add grated apple and peas in the mixture. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, stir until solid. Give it a taste. Add 1-2 tablespoon mustard and lemonjuice (optional)

Practical tip:

French-style salad is not originated in France. In fact, it is a popular Croatian dish served on a dining table during major Croatian festivities such as Christmas and Easter, as well as in wedding banquets.
