The “exhibition in the move” in Zagreb

After the summer event ‘Art Park’, the association ‘Rearrange my pump’ starts a new project, ‘Street Triptych’, to enrich Zagreb’s streets with small street art masterpieces.

This unique “exhibition in the move” will turn street panels into a “living” painting canvas and the streets into an art studio. The setting of the Street Triptych will change every three months. Three new works of art will appear on the panels signed by various Croatian authors.

The first ‘trio’ will be artists Mislav Lešić, Zvonimir Haramija Hans, and Boris Bare. The initial weekend of the project, from 12 to 14 March, will be in Radićeva Street (at number 42), then Dolac 1 (at the main stairs of the Dolac market), and at Trg Bana Jelačića 11 (Visitor Center).

The “exhibition in the move”

“Through the new Street Triptych project, we want to show that brush and spray do not always mean vandalism, but that they can create true visual art in public spaces. Every three months, the most important representatives of the domestic street art scene will leave their original mark by expressing themselves through different styles and forms.”; explained the director of the Tourist Board, Martina Bienenfeld.
Stop for a moment in front of the “living art canvas” in one of the Zagreb center locations.
If you’re lucky to be at the right place at the right time, you might even catch an artist working.
