Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil,1 tablespoon flour,2 tablespoon tomato concentrate (preferably homemade sauce),1.5 l water,salt,pepper,parsley
Preparation:
Fry flour on oil until gold, stir to prevent burning. Add tomato concentrate, stir again and pour warm water. Season with salt, pepper and leave to boil. Mix in rice, pasta or noodles, a pinch of parsley and simmer to finish.
Practical tip:
Add oregano by choice.
