The capital of Croatia, Zagreb, is one of the most wanted destinations in Croatia, said the recent studies. Unlike in the past years when it was just unimaginable to spend the hot summer in the city, today Zagreb is a place where the locals and guests enjoy their spare time, even in 30 degrees! The interest to visit Zagreb during summer is even higher than for some tourist spots on the coast!
Mrs. Martina Bienenfeld, Chairman of the Tourist Board of Zagreb has stressed out some amazing facts about Zagreb and its visitors.
The number of arrivals has increased by about 10% compared to 2017.
And visitors come from around the world and top countries where our dear visitors come from South Korea, USA, Germany, Italy, and China.
Guests who periodically come back to Zagreb concluded that in 5 years the city has had quite a change. Many new galleries opened, little shops which sell Croatian products and so on.
It’s amazing that tourists have recognized Zagreb as a must-see travel spot alongside our breathtaking coastline.
