Vučedol, and Ilok, this year’s national winners of the European Destination of Excellence (EDEN) for cultural tourism. In the promotional sense, this means that the finalists and this area will be further promoted as non-traditional and as a tourist-attractive destination. It is the task of developing these attractions in tourist communities and all stakeholders. In this sense, EDEN increases our visibility on the cultural and tourist market of Europe and at the national level. These destinations are valuable in the cultural and tourist mind, but also worth your visit. One of the essential elements is the future archaeological park that will be realized over the next few years, which will then provide a lot of content, both scientific and tourist. Croatian national tourist board workshop on culture and tourism was held in the Vučedol Museum.
