You have heard of the great place in Zagreb you must see if spending your Christmas holidays in Zagreb and we have published a few articles about it! It’s Fuliranje on Strossmayer Square (the one behind the Ice Park if you walk towards to the main square.)
Everybody knows that Fuliranje (Fooling Around) Gourmingle is the most popular event at Zagreb Advent is preparing great New Years’ Eve, entertainment from noon till dawn.
More than 100 dishes with local and international specialties are waiting for people with good vibes, ready to say goodbye to 2019, and warmly welcome 2020. Fuliranje will end on January 1, so if you are in Zagreb come and catch some memories at one of the numerous photo points, enjoy a great selection of local and international dishes, try original booze and dance, dance, dance.
On Saturday, December 28th, we’ll be entertained by young Croatian jazz singer Dora Trogrlić, and from 4 pm, Nick Colgan & Pepi Jogarde from Adriatic Coasting are taking over the mixing counter. Sunday is traditionally Family Day at Fuliranje and day for children’s choir at 11 o’clock, and early afternoon starts with Matt Shaft and continues with DJ ZAK. Monday is the day for great band Elephant Hump, and after them, DJ Souldbader will continue with his great beats.
Great Croatian pop&funk bands at Zagreb Strossmayer Square
On Tuesday, the last day of Fuliranje Gourmingle, warm-up starts at noon with Ilija Rudman, a great Croatian producer and his selection of music from the 70s and 80s, accompanied by Pepi Jogarde. Around 11 pm a very popular Croatian pop band Tribute to Dino Dvornik will reveal it’s a great playlist. Dino Dvornik was widely loved Croatian King of funk so we will sail into New Year with crazy and funny funky beats, and around 1 am the Fuliranje will host the young Croatian band ‘Svemirko’ and their always popular disco-pop sounds.
