In the city center, the luxury boutique Le Premier hotel was opened in a former palace which is a cultural monument built in 1923. by the Croatian architect Lav Kalda. Its 62 rooms, a presidential suite, a restaurant, a spa center, and other facilities are perfect for business and leisure guests. 10 million euros investment is the reason we have the fourth 5-star hotel with 60 exclusive rooms, which will contribute significantly to the standard and tourist offer of the City of Zagreb. This year we are competing for the third time for the best Advent in Europe, and a better gift to Zagreb before Advent could not have happened.
