The goddess Nature endowed her with beauty, seductive hills, and the tanned colour of the earth.  The God of food and drink, feasts, and parties, Dionysus added a pinch of his divinity to all the food and wine in Istria that would be unforgettable for all.

On the edges of the fertile red Istrian land, not far from the slopes covered with vines, lies another Croatian jewel …BRIJUNI NATIONAL PARK.

It is the “only remaining Roman amphitheater to have four side towers and with all three Roman architectural orders entirely preserved.”

Amphitheatre in Pula called The Pula Arena is the sixth largest Roman amphitheater in the world and the most significant monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. Constructed in the 1st century AD at the same time as the Colosseum in Rome initially used for gladiator fights during the reign of Emperor Vespasian. It is an excellent example of uniquely beautiful Ancient Roman architecture.

Brijuni – national park

Brijuni islands were trendy in EX-YU. Josip Broz Tito spent his summer vacations there and received some of the most incredible people of his time, from politicians to the famous stars of Holywood. There he gathered exotic animals, received them as a gift, and made an exciting zoo. However, Brijuni is much older than EX YOU. In fact, it dates back to antiquity because the Adriatic Sea was a very busy marital way during ancient times.

The flight over Brijuni allows you to experience the archeological site on Brijuni and all the beauty of the Brijuni archipelago, a maritime national park in Croatia.

In Brijuni are a few archeological excavations of various cultural and historical periods, from prehistory, through classical antiquity, late antiquity, and Byzantine period to the Venetian era.
