Croatian Attractions: New chapter, same Croatian Soul

For Croatian Attractions, this new season comes with something new: a brand-new website, now officially live. A new showcase, a new way of telling our story… but behind this new image, who is really behind Croatian Attractions?

Where the Journey begins

“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page of it,” said the philosopher St Augustine.

Travelling is about so much more than simply leaving. It is about changing your pace, stepping away from well-trodden paths, allowing yourself to be surprised by a place, a meeting, a flavour, or simply by something you never expected to discover.

And sometimes, a few details are all it takes for a destination to come to life. A red-and-white chequerboard, a table set overlooking the sea, the scent of Mediterranean cuisine, an island surrounded by turquoise waters, a vineyard nestled inland… In just a few images, Croatia is already beginning to emerge.

But knowing a destination is not simply about visiting its must-see places. It is about knowing how to look beyond the postcard, listening to its legends, meeting the people who bring the land to life, reaching a hidden cove by sea, or simply taking the time to experience a place differently.

That is the Croatia that Croatian Attractions loves to reveal.

And today, Croatian Attractions is opening the doors to a whole new world with its website, designed as a true invitation to travel, now just one click away.

A new Digital Home, The Same Passion

Elegant. Intuitive. Inspiring.

The launch of this new website marks much more than an aesthetic evolution. It reflects a new chapter for Croatian Attractions and a more intuitive way of inviting you into its world.

Designed as a true collection of inspiration, it brings together destinations, experiences and travel ideas to help you start imagining your own. Looking for a honeymoon in an exceptional setting? A family getaway? A weekend away with friends in search of adventure? Or simply a few days to escape and get away from it all? It all starts here.

From the streets of Zagreb to the walls of Dubrovnik, from the islands of the Adriatic to the spectacular landscapes of Plitvice Lakes, Croatia reveals itself in many different ways. And for those who wish to extend the experience, Slovenia is also part of the horizon, with its Alpine landscapes, elegant cities and getaways designed in the same spirit.

Yet the website is not a catalogue from which you are expected to choose a journey that has already been written for you. It is a starting point. An inspiration can become a desire, and then gradually take shape around you.

And if inspiration is now just one click away, the real difference begins when Croatian Attractions steps into the picture.

Behind Croatian Attractions

The People. The Passion. The Philosophy.

In the vibrant heart of Zagreb, behind the Croatian Attractions offices, is a team whose profiles are as complementary as they are passionate. Andreja, Founder and CEO; Igor, Operations Director; Viera, Office Manager and Travel Designer; and Bernarda, Partnerships and Projects Coordinator: four personalities, four areas of expertise, but one shared desire to do things the right way.

Their names may not mean much to you yet. And yet, they are the ones who, behind the scenes, turn a desire into an itinerary and an idea into an experience.

Their strength? An in-depth knowledge of the destination, built over time, and a trusted network of partners stretching across Croatia: from Zagreb to Istria, from Split to Dubrovnik, from Hvar to the islands, from vineyards to national parks, from discreet hotels to private villas.

But their job is not simply about knowing where to go. It is about knowing what to suggest, to whom, and when.

Listen. Understand. Advise. Then imagine.

Perhaps this is where one of Croatian Attractions’ signatures lies: the ability to take the time to understand each traveller and create something that truly feels like them.

This openness also extends beyond borders. Over the years, the team has been enriched by perspectives from elsewhere, notably through several generations of “Made in France” interns and international collaborators. Some of them, for example, contributed behind the scenes to the new website and to the creation of its content.

A small team, perhaps, but a perspective that travels far.

Luxury, the Staylicious Way

At a time when almost everything can be booked in just a few clicks, true luxury may no longer lie in what we buy, but in what we feel.

At Croatian Attractions, this philosophy has a name: Staylicious.

More than a concept, it is a way of thinking about travel and seeking that little extra something that turns a stay into an experience: an address chosen for its atmosphere, a table you would never have found on your own, an unexpected encounter, a landscape discovered at just the right moment.

Luxury can take a thousand forms, spectacular, but also understated. It can be found in a villa overlooking the Adriatic, just as much as in a lunch shared with those who have known the region all their lives. In a perfectly orchestrated day, just as much as in the freedom of having nowhere to be and no need to check your watch.

Staylicious is about a taste for beauty, authenticity and thoughtful details.

Because ultimately, the most luxurious journey is not necessarily the one that shows the most. It is the one you remember the most.

WELCOME…

A new website, a new chapter, but the same ambition: to help you discover Croatia differently.

They often say that all roads lead to Rome. With Croatian Attractions, we like to think they begin in Croatia instead and who knows, some may even take you a little further.

So, wherever your next adventure may take you, let us imagine the way there.
