Welcome to Samobor, a delightful little medieval town of baroque architecture located on the eastern slopes of the Samoborsko gorje (Samobor mountains), at a distance of only 20 kilometers from Zagreb. Samobor, with its surroundings, is the oldest and the most attractive excursion destination for Zagreb residents, hikers, cyclists, holiday-makers, and tourists from all over Croatia and abroad.
Since the full distance from the center of Zagreb is only about 25km, it’s a highly suitable place for a day trip from Croatia’s capital as it’s an easy journey, and there are many interesting sights to see and things to experience.
A guided e-bike tour in Samobor
This unique tour is led by certified cycling guides, and it’s doable even for those who don’t have much cycling experience. Those who have not ridden bicycles for a long time will also do it easily via electrically assisted bikes and can enjoy the tour with minimal physical effort.

It’s a one-of-a-kind gastro-historical tour to taste the traditional delicacies for which Samobor is famous. You will discover underground gems (a cave, a wine cellar, a mine) that preserve various stories and legends you probably never heard of. What else could you wish for?

Any tour can be continued after lunch with a visit to the forest park Tepec. Don’t worry; more tastings are coming in the afternoon! The cyclist will visit one more wine cellar and enjoy 4 wine courses + a bermet, and a glass of sparkling wine, followed by a snack.
